I have not been able to access my Faceit account for about 10 days. Since I forgot my password, I requested a password reset, but even though I have tried nearly 20 times, no reset email has ever been delivered to my address z.De**@gmail.com**. I do not receive any error messages during the process—everything appears to go through normally, but the email never arrives.
My account does not have any Premium membership or payment activity. About two months ago, I was able to log in without any issues. I also have not been able to find a way to contact Faceit customer support regarding this problem.
