I Can’t Access My Deactivated FACEIT Account and Support Hasn’t Helped at All

On January 9, 2025, I deactivated my FACEIT account and have been trying to reactivate it ever since. Unfortunately, every attempt I’ve made has failed. Despite entering my correct email and password, I keep getting the same message: "Your login credentials are incorrect." I even reset the password multiple times, but nothing worked.

I asked friends for advice, and they suggested submitting a support ticket. So, I used an alternate account to open a ticket. I got an email saying, "Issue resolved in 5 minutes," but when I clicked to check the response—there was absolutely nothing written.

This lack of support is incredibly frustrating. All I want is to access my account again. I’ve provided accurate credentials, and I’m clearly the rightful owner. Why is it so difficult to get real help? FACEIT needs to address this issue properly and allow me to recover my account. I’m ready to verify anything necessary. Please assist me as soon as possible—this silence from support is unacceptable.
