Faber Castell Grip 1347 Pencil Disappointment

My beloved Faber-Castell Grip 1347 pencil, which has given me much pleasure in the past, is currently acting strangely. The tip is continuously blackening and breaking at the edges. I used to buy this model every year, but its quality has declined significantly in the last two years, and the tips have begun to darken much sooner than they should have. When I try to extend the lead by pressing the cap, it appears that all of them have the same flaw, causing the pencil to fall out of the barrel whenever I do so. I would appreciate it if I could either get my money back or exchange it for a brand-new item.
