Faber-Castell Pen Tip and Back Cover Fell Off Due to Weak Grip and Broke Easily

I was using a Faber-Castell pen, but sadly, the tip and back cover have come off and are now missing. The clips on the back cover broke quite easily, leading to it falling off, and the tip became loose because the grip teeth wore out. The problems I've encountered have rendered the pen unusable, which is frustrating because I anticipated greater durability from a reputable brand. I would be grateful if Faber-Castell could assist with replacement parts or consider a product exchange. This would help me feel secure in the brand again and enable me to keep using their products with assurance. I am eager to receive a favourable reply and an equitable solution.
