I submitted a complaint about my Faber Castell pen. My pen was requested for review by Adel Kalemcilik, I sent it. My complaint was answered negatively, but my pen was not returned. Even though my pen was broken, it was still usable, why would they keep it? if they'll keep it, send my money, otherwise send it back, you have no right to keep it. I request the return of my pen.
