My new Faber-Castell 1345 pencil cracked all of a sudden! I thought I had finally found something that would last after searching high and low, but now it's broken. The body is cracked and the nib is completely unusable. It was only a few days ago that I bought this product and I've been relying on it for years. I contacted their customer support, but all they could do was give me false promises of getting back to me soon. That's not good enough! Many people have experienced the same issue with this product, so why don't they just fix it? It seems like they're happy to take my money, but don't want to help when things go wrong. Faber-Castell has always been one of the most reliable brands out there. But suddenly my trust in them has been shaken - especially since the nib of this pencil keeps breaking so easily! That's why I'm here asking for help; please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know how you can assist me with this problem. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
