ExpressVPN Charged Without My Consent – No Notification, No Refund

ExpressVPN took ₺3800 from my bank account without my consent or knowledge, and I never received any SMS or email notification about it. I only realized this unauthorized charge when I checked my account. I immediately tried to cancel the subscription, but nothing worked. Even after deleting the app, the charge remained.
I had to call my bank multiple times for help, and the situation was such a hassle that I ended up changing my card to prevent further unauthorized charges. Despite all this, I still haven’t received my money back. ExpressVPN, this is unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund—fix this issue and stop unauthorized transactions!
