ExpressVPN Charged Me ₺3800 Without Consent – No Refund or Notification

I saw an ExpressVPN ad on Google, and while exiting the ad, the app somehow downloaded itself without my knowledge. I didn’t realize it at the time, but days later, I saw a ₺3800 charge on my credit card! I immediately contacted my bank because neither I nor anyone I authorized made this transaction.

I later found out the charge was from ExpressVPN, yet I never received any SMS or email notification confirming the purchase. I tried to cancel the subscription, but the system wouldn’t let me. I feel completely scammed and demand a full refund immediately. ExpressVPN, resolve this issue now—I should not be charged for something I never approved!
