ExpressVPN Charged Me $139.72 Without My Consent Despite Having No Subscription
On May 20, 2025, I noticed a completely unauthorized charge of $139.72 on my credit card from ExpressVPN—a service I have never subscribed to or used. I did not sign up, I did not authorize this payment, and yet they charged my card without any prior notice, approval, or verification.
To protect myself, I immediately canceled my credit card. But that alone isn’t enough—I demand a full refund of the ₺ equivalent of the $139.72 they wrongly took. I’m also in the process of initiating legal action and have begun filing complaints with the appropriate authorities.
This type of unauthorized charge is completely unacceptable. ExpressVPN must refund my money immediately and investigate how such a transaction was even possible without user verification.
