ExpressVPN Took My Payment but Didn’t Activate My Subscription
I paid for an ExpressVPN subscription, but after an hour, my account is still not activated. They took my money, yet they can’t even process the payment properly. Where is my subscription?
It seems like ExpressVPN has no control over their own system. I expected a smooth and instant activation, but instead, I’m stuck waiting while they hold onto my money. Their support doesn’t seem to care, and I have no idea when or if my account will be activated.
I demand immediate activation or a full refund. A VPN service that can't even manage payments properly is completely unreliable.
