ExpressVPN Won’t Refund My Money – Canceled Subscription

I purchased a 1-month ExpressVPN subscription but accidentally used the wrong card for payment. Within 5 hours, I contacted their support team to request a refund, and they assured me that I would get my money back. However, days have passed, and I haven’t received a single cent!

To make matters worse, they canceled my subscription without refunding me, leaving me with nothing in return. The service was already overpriced, with poor servers and useless country options. Now, I’m stuck with a charge I didn’t want in the first place. ExpressVPN, process my refund immediately! This is unacceptable customer service. If you promise a refund, honor it!
