ExpressVPN refuses to issue my refund, even though they claim to offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee. It has now been 9 days, and I have received no refund and no updates. They originally said the money would be refunded to my card within 5 business days, but that never happened.

I have contacted live chat support five times and sent four emails, yet nothing has been resolved. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring refund requests despite their advertised policy. If ExpressVPN promises a hassle-free refund, they need to honor it. I demand my money back (₺) immediately—stop wasting my time and process the refund now!
