I Can't Withdraw Money From Expert Option

I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I am experiencing on ExpertOption. I have around 300 USD in my account and I have been trying to withdraw this balance to my Visa card from Turkey since yesterday, but the system does not allow me to complete the withdrawal. On both days, when I attempt to withdraw, the process fails and I only receive a generic “error” message on the screen with no further explanation, so I cannot understand what the problem is or how to fix it. Because of this, my money is stuck in my trading account and I am unable to access it. I contacted ExpertOption customer support yesterday and again today, but I have not received any clear response or solution. My expectation is that my withdrawal of approximately 300 USD to my Visa card will be processed without any further delay, or that I am given a clear explanation and a prompt resolution so I can access my funds.
