Expert Option Login Error - Cannot Access My Account

I have been using my ExpertOption account without any problems until recently, but since yesterday I have not been able to access my account where my $1000 balance is stored. When I try to log in, I only encounter the warning “An error occurred, please try again later” and I cannot proceed in any way. This problem occurs both when I try to log in from Turkey via my phone and when I try from my computer, so it is clearly not a device-related issue. Just before this problem started, I changed my password, but even though I am sure I am entering the correct information, I still cannot log in. I also tried to reset my password again, but this did not solve the access problem either, and the same error message continues to appear. I sent an email to ExpertOption support yesterday to report this situation, but I have not received any response so far. The fact that I cannot access an account with a $1000 balance and that my messages are left unanswered makes me feel very unsafe and victimized. I request that my ExpertOption account be urgently reactivated and that I regain access to the account where my money is stored without any loss. In addition, I expect a clear written explanation as to why this access problem occurred and why my support request has not been answered until now.
