I Won ₺3,000 on Expert Option but They Paid Me Only ₺1,000

I placed a winning trade on Expert Option that should have credited my account with ₺3,000, yet only ₺1,000 showed up in my bank. That is barely a third of my rightful profit. Trading is supposed to be transparent, but lately your platform feels more like a slot machine than a brokerage: endless withdrawal issues, vague excuses, and zero responsibility from customer service.

I supplied every document you requested—screenshots of the winning ticket, my full IBAN, and a copy of my ID—but a full week has passed and the missing ₺2,000 still hasn’t arrived. Each time I contact support, I get another scripted answer telling me to “wait a little longer.” That is not an acceptable business practice.

Expert Option, honor your own payout rules. Deposit the remaining ₺2,000 into my account immediately and confirm in writing that future withdrawals will be processed in full and on time. Stop treating legitimate traders like gamblers and fix your payment system before more clients lose confidence.
