I booked a room at Kutlu Suits in Ankara through Expedia, but the reality was drastically different from the photos shown online. The room was cold, poorly maintained, and lacked cleanliness. Within 15 minutes of checking in, I requested a room change due to these issues. However, the owner rudely insisted that we had approved the room and refused to address our concerns. Despite explaining that the room was far below the promised standards, he showed no willingness to resolve the situation or offer a compromise. Left with no choice, we checked out to avoid freezing in the cold and immediately reported the issue to Expedia via email. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from Expedia. I demand a prompt resolution and a full refund for this misleading and disappointing experience.
