Expedia Ignores My Refund Request Despite Hotel Approving Free Cancellation
I booked a hotel through Otelz, but since it was an international property, the booking was actually handled by Expedia. When I tried to cancel my reservation, I was told the hotel needed to contact Expedia directly to approve it.
For over a week, I have been going back and forth between Expedia and the hotel, trying to sort this out. The hotel already agreed to cancel for free, yet Expedia’s customer support is completely unhelpful. Despite emailing proof of the hotel’s approval, I have received no response and no resolution.
This level of customer neglect is unacceptable. Expedia, honor the hotel’s decision and process my refund immediately!
