Hello, I booked a 10-day hotel stay in Istanbul from Lebanon, and the hotel I arrived at was Red Tent 23 Hotel. The conditions at this property were absolutely unacceptable. The beds were infested with bedbugs, and the mattresses were in terrible condition. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

When I tried to report the situation and request a refund, there was no one at the hotel willing to help, and I couldn’t get in touch with Expedia either. They told me I can’t get my money back, even though I never stayed a full night due to the unlivable state of the room.

Traveling internationally is already stressful, and now I’m stuck dealing with a 10-night reservation I can’t use, and no one is taking accountability.

I demand that Expedia immediately process a refund for this booking. You cannot send customers to unsanitary and unsafe hotels and then walk away from responsibility. This is a clear breach of trust and customer care. Refund my payment and remove Red Tent 23 from your listings.
