Expedia is refusing to refund our hotel reservation! On April 9th, 2024, my spouse booked a two-night stay at the Ramada Hotel in Eskisehir. Unfortunately, due to an important situation, we realized we wouldn't be able to make it and requested a refund. Here's the problem: Expedia has no phone number, making it impossible to contact them directly. The hotel contact, Mr. S*******, assured us they could process the cancellation if Expedia approved it. However, we haven't received any confirmation from Expedia at all. We are seeking a full refund for our ₺7299 payment. This is completely unacceptable! Expedia's poor customer service and delay in returning our funds are extremely frustrating. I demand that Expedia contact us immediately and issue a full refund. I expect a swift resolution to this issue. I will be filing a complaint with Expedia, contacting the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board, and sharing my experience on social media to warn other users. If you're facing a similar problem, I urge you to do the same. Together, we can hold Expedia accountable and get this resolved.
