I made a reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms at Manu Startup Hotel from May 8–11, each for two people, as well as separate rooms for two people at a hotel in Ataşehir, Istanbul. I later requested cancellation for the rooms and sent a message to the hotel regarding it.
The response I received simply stated, “Contact Expedia.” However, when I attempted to follow up through Expedia, their system didn’t recognize my reservation number at all.
I am now left with a charge for a room I never stayed in, and no way to resolve it through either platform. This is highly unprofessional.

I am requesting a full refund for the unused room. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I followed all procedures and communicated clearly—now I expect Hotels.com and Expedia to do their part.
