Regrettably, my encounter with Expedia customer service was far from satisfactory. Even though guests have finished their stays that were reserved online, it has been several months and we have yet to receive any payments or make contact with anyone. For customers interested in booking hotel reservations, I recommend reaching out directly to the hotel for better communication.
