I Can’t Receive Guest Payments from Expedia Despite Repeated Requests

As a property owner who works with Expedia, I am deeply frustrated by their new payment process. Despite multiple bookings being completed through their platform and guests having already stayed at my property, I still have not received any of the associated payments. I’ve contacted Expedia several times via email and other channels, yet no resolution has been provided and no payment has been transferred.

This is not a minor delay — I am completely unable to access the funds I rightfully earned for accommodations I already delivered. The lack of accountability and response from Expedia is unacceptable. I’ve hosted guests who paid through Expedia, but I, as the host, have been left waiting indefinitely.

I want to warn all property owners: be extremely cautious when using Expedia’s platform. Their payment system is unreliable, and their support team is either unresponsive or unwilling to help. Guests should also be aware — if hotels are not getting paid, you may face issues at check-in or during your stay due to backend problems.

Expedia needs to take immediate action to resolve this issue and release my payments without further delay. Until then, I strongly discourage others from relying on their service — whether as hosts or travelers.
