Delayed Payment from Expedia for August 2024 Stay—No Resolution After 4 Months

In August 2024, a guest stayed at my property, and I was informed by Expedia that the payment was sent via bank transfer in October. A receipt was shared as proof. However, when I attempted to locate the payment, I was asked to share SWIFT codes for verification. Since October 21, I have contacted Expedia daily, only to receive vague promises of follow-ups. Despite this, I’ve only received responses a handful of times, and the process has stalled with no resolution.
The lack of communication from Expedia is astounding. It seems no one knows what emails have been sent or what was discussed. Attempts to reach specific representatives, like Mr. K****, have been unsuccessful, even though his email correspondence is evident. I’d like to thank Ms. P***** and Mr. H****** A** for their efforts to assist me clearly and promptly when I call.
It’s now almost 4 months since the payment was due, and I still haven’t received it. Expedia must address this issue immediately and ensure the funds are transferred without further delay.
