Expedia Charged Me for a Hotel Reservation I Never Made

On August 28th, a reservation was made through Expedia at Ramada by Wyndham Sakarya Hotel, and my card was charged 289 Euros. However, I did not make this reservation. I never received an invoice, confirmation email, or any booking details regarding this transaction.

When I contacted the hotel, they confirmed that a reservation had indeed been sent to them, but I was never notified or informed by Expedia. I have been unable to reach Expedia directly, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience.

I am requesting a full refund of the 289 Euros that was charged to my card without my authorization.
