Expedia Charged in Advance Despite “Pay at Property” Promise

On October 10, 2025, I made a reservation through Expedia for SC. Palace Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania, selecting the “pay at the hotel” option. It was clearly stated during booking that no payment would be charged in advance. However, despite that, ₺1,561 was deducted from my account by Expedia.

My reservation number is 72067049997733. So far, I have not been able to reach Expedia customer service, and I haven’t received any response from them.

I’m requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized payment that was wrongly charged to my account.
