Exness Trading App Fails to Close Positions on Time and Has Poor Customer Support

Exness is by far the worst trading platform I’ve ever used. While its technical features are decent, the actual trading experience is terrible. I had an open position that I tried to close manually, but the app wouldn’t let me close it until it hit my stop loss. It’s frustrating because it claimed there was no internet connection when I tried to close the position, yet had no issues when setting my stop loss. Additionally, their so-called 24/7 support is a joke—if you encounter any problems, you’ll be lucky to get a response after a month. I expect Exness to fix these issues immediately and provide the customer service they advertise!
