Unable to Access CoinEx App Due to Network Error, Need Resolution

I am unable to access the CoinEx app due to a persistent network error. The app simply displays "network error," preventing me from using it entirely. As someone who has trusted this platform and made significant investments, it is extremely frustrating not to be informed about such issues in advance. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a platform of this scale.
Currently, I have no way to manage my account or access my funds. Who can I turn to for support? How are we expected to trust a service that doesn’t provide timely updates or solutions? I urgently request CoinEx to resolve this issue immediately and offer an explanation to restore user confidence.
