Exness Fails to Credit My Trading Account Deposit

On the 14th of this month, I made a deposit to my Exness trading account. According to their own payment gateway information, the funds should have been credited within 3–8 hours. But until now, the deposit has NOT been credited to my account. Instead of solving the issue, Exness keeps delaying with excuses. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be a trusted global broker.
I am demanding Exness to either: 1. Credit my deposit immediately, or 2. Refund my money without further delay. If this is not resolved today, I will take legal action and make sure this misconduct is exposed to all traders and consumer protection authorities.
To all traders: Be careful when dealing with Exness. My experience shows that even deposits can get stuck without proper support or accountability.
