Exness MetaTrader 5 Order Execution Delays Cause $2,340 in Unhandled Losses
Since January, on my Exness standard account, the "close order" commands I placed via MetaTrader 5 failed to execute on time a total of eight times, causing me severe financial losses due to these delays. Despite writing to the company about this issue, which I experienced twice in January, no action was taken and no compensation was offered. The exact same problem occurred again in February, March, and today.
Combined with past transactions, my total loss has reached approximately $2,340, with $470 of that originating from today's trades alone. In all these instances, although I submitted the necessary orders to close my positions on time, the system failed to close the trades, and due to this platform disruption, I was unable to stop my losses.
Despite corresponding with Exness support multiple times regarding the matter, they told me there was no issue without providing a detailed explanation, and most of the time, I received no proper response. They failed to clearly state whether a technical error or delay occurred, and they took no responsibility for the losses I suffered.
I demand that Exness thoroughly investigate these close order execution delays on MT5, inspect my transactions on a date-and-time basis, and fully compensate my total loss of approximately $2,340 caused by this faulty execution. Furthermore, I request a clear, written explanation regarding this process.
