I Watched My Positions Close Without Orders on MEXC and Lost Money
I am seriously disappointed with MEXC and demand immediate action. I previously closed my old MEXC account due to similar issues, but unfortunately, the same problem has occurred again with my newly opened account. Despite not placing any active orders, my trades were closed four separate times without my consent. I have clear screen recordings showing that no manual commands were given, yet MEXC still insists I had open orders.
To make matters worse, I was running a trade on PEPE that shouldn't have closed at ₺12467, especially when it didn’t close even at ₺125 on previous attempts. This inconsistency raises serious doubts about the reliability of their trading engine. When I reached out to live support, they gave vague and dismissive responses, avoiding accountability entirely.
Why would I intentionally close trades at a loss? That’s not logical, and MEXC’s system errors have cost me real money. I want a full refund for the losses I’ve incurred due to your platform’s failure. You owe it to your users to ensure accuracy and fairness in trade executions. I expect my funds to be returned and the issue fully investigated—this behavior is unacceptable for any financial platform.
