I Paid for Ewa English Premium but Still Can’t Use It

I purchased a Premium membership for Ewa English, expecting full access as promised, but I still cannot use the features I paid for. The app keeps treating me like a free user, showing limited access and constant discount ads. Why am I still seeing locked content and promotional banners if I’ve already paid?

Even worse, there’s no response to my emails. I reached out multiple times requesting support, but no one got back to me. I either want full Premium access immediately or a complete refund of the amount I paid. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service, and I’m not receiving it. You can’t keep charging people and not deliver. Resolve this now—activate my account or give me my money back!
