I Paid for Ewa English but Can’t Access Premium Content Without Another Payment

I purchased access to Ewa English expecting to use all features included in the Premium package. However, every time I try to open a new lesson or section, I’m redirected to another payment screen demanding an additional Premium upgrade. This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve already paid.

What’s worse is that there’s a countdown timer on the screen pretending that after the time runs out I’ll get access—but even after waiting multiple times, the content remains locked. It feels like a scam designed to manipulate users into paying more for features that should already be available under the initial subscription.

This is deceptive and unfair. I want full access to the features I paid for—no more payment pages, no more waiting games. If you can’t provide the service promised, then refund my money immediately. This kind of misleading setup is not what users sign up for.
