I Paid Twice for Ewa English but Still Can’t Use the App
I subscribed to Ewa English, expecting to access all the features I paid for. However, the app continues to show a pop-up asking me to “subscribe,” even though I already purchased a membership. Thinking it might be a technical glitch, I clicked the “subscribe” button again — and to my surprise, it charged me a second time!
Now I’ve paid two separate fees for the same membership, yet the app still doesn’t recognize my account as active. I’m completely unable to use the features I was promised and paid for. This is beyond frustrating and feels like I’ve been scammed.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Either activate my full access right away or refund both charges if the system can’t recognize my subscription. No one should be charged twice for a service they can’t even use.
