I Paid for Ewa English Premium but Can’t Use It and No One Is Helping Me

I purchased the Ewa English Premium membership through their app, expecting to access the promised features right away. Instead, I haven’t been able to use the service at all—my Premium access never activated, even though I was charged for it. I immediately requested a refund and reached out via email, but I’ve received absolutely no support. Not a single helpful response. Worse yet, I can’t even find someone who speaks my language to talk to. It’s been a week since I sent the invoice for the amount I paid (via email), and still, no reply. My money feels completely wasted. There’s no point of contact, no customer service, no solution. Ewa English needs to fix this now and refund me the money I paid!
