Ewa English Premium Not Working Even After App Store Payment
Even though I purchased a one-year Premium package on the Ewa English app, only the limited-content version appears as active on my account. I made the payment through the App Store, and I’ve been dealing with this issue for about three weeks. During this time, I haven’t been able to access any Premium content.
When I try to cancel my subscription, I get a message saying “you already have a subscription,” but I still can’t use the plan I paid for. I have the payment receipt for the purchase. When I contacted customer support, they replied once and the issue was temporarily fixed, but shortly afterward the same restriction appeared again. I opened a new support request, but I haven’t received any response since, and the problem still continues.
I request that my paid Premium subscription be reactivated on my account and that I be given full access to the content.
