EVRi Parcel Delivered To Random Address

You have delivered 40 pounds worth of stuff I have paid for to an address on my road where the people showed me their front door doesn't get used and the parcel has been stolen, this was left 11 doors down and we were in, I want my money back or I will take further. evri should not have delivered this parcel to a totally random address I do not have my parcel please contact evri, I will not let this go, i have a photograph of the parcel at a random door saying delivered,it was not there
