Europcar Munich Airport Attempts Fake Upsell Scheme on Confirmed Booking

I rented a vehicle through Europcar via the Rent Carla website under voucher number 378846. Despite having my Europcar confirmation email (No. 1201343194), I was utterly mistreated at Munich Airport today between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
At the Europcar airport counter, despite having my confirmed reservation in hand, staff claimed they did not have an Audi A5 available and insisted they could only give me an Audi A6 if I paid an extra $573–$1,146 fee. This was a complete farce and a deceptive tactic. I specifically chose Europcar and booked in advance to avoid these kinds of disgraceful schemes, and I had my confirmation email right with me. After a heated argument, an Audi A5 suddenly "became available," and they finally handed over the vehicle specified in my confirmed reservation. In short, they blatantly lied to me in an attempt to unfairly extract an upgrade fee for a higher-tier vehicle.
The Audi A5 they delivered was another scandal in itself. The car was an older model with 102,000 km (approx. 63,300 miles) on the odometer and covered in scratches everywhere. On top of that, the vehicle was completely out of AdBlue, forcing me to purchase AdBlue out of my own pocket. To make matters worse, the check engine light was illuminated on the dashboard. I am attaching photos that clearly document the vehicle's high mileage and worn condition, the warning light, and the stark contrast between the representative new model image and the old car delivered to me. Such a disrespectful and openly deceptive attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable from a brand like this.
I demand that these events be officially logged and that Rent Carla and Europcar issue a clear, public apology for attempting to mislead their customers in this manner.
