Etstur Left My Elderly Mother and Aunt Without Support During Norway Fjords Tour
My mother and aunt participated in the Norway Fjords tour with MSC Euribia through Etstur from September 21, 2024, to September 28, 2024. On the last day of the tour, my mother fell ill and needed to be taken to the hospital. Despite her urgent need, they were left entirely on their own without any support, even though there were three other guides in addition to the tour guide, V*** A***. My 69-year-old aunt and 77-year-old mother, who relied on the guide and organization during this tour, were traumatized as they didn’t know what to do in a foreign country where they couldn’t speak the language. What was supposed to be a pleasurable trip turned into a nightmare, and Etstur took no responsibility for their situation. No one from the organization helped or showed the responsibility to accompany them to the hospital, which was only 15 minutes away, despite there being 8 hours left until their flight back to Turkey. I am filing this complaint because of Etstur’s lack of accountability and support.
