Etstur Refused to Cancel My Hotel Despite Medical Report

One day before our trip to the hotel we booked through ETS Tur, my wife suddenly fell ill. When we rushed to the doctor, we were told that my pregnant wife was at risk of miscarriage and absolutely could not travel. The doctor provided a detailed medical report, and we submitted it to ETS Tur on the same day, requesting a cancellation of our reservation. However, ETS blamed the hotel, and the hotel blamed ETS, ultimately rejecting our request. I don’t know what could possibly be a more valid reason for cancellation than this. On top of that, we had to call repeatedly just to get an update, as no one got back to us despite promising to do so within three days. What hurt me the most is that for nearly 10 years, I’ve booked all my hotels and trips through ETS. While everything is fine in good times, the company that seemed to provide great service left us completely on our own when we needed support the most. I do not give my blessing for the money they took from me.
