LiveCareer Made an Unauthorized $20 Charge

I signed up on the LiveCareer website to create a resume as a one-time service and paid approximately $2 for this service. I did not request or agree to any monthly subscription or recurring payment, and I do not remember giving any such consent on the website.

When I checked my bank account on August 3, 2026, I noticed a $20 charge made by epos Livecareer.com.tr. This amount was charged to my card completely without my knowledge or authorization. Before this transaction, I had only made the one-time payment of approximately $2, which I was aware of and authorized.

After this happened, I tried to contact LiveCareer through its website, but I could not find any phone number. I also sent an email from my registered email address, e**@gmail.com, but I only received an automated response and was unable to reach an actual representative. In my account, I can only see an option to unsubscribe from message notifications, and there is no clear option to cancel a membership or subscription.

I contacted my bank and asked whether there was any membership or recurring payment registered under my name and explained that I wanted to cancel it if there was one. However, the bank told me that they could not identify this payment as a subscription in their system. As a result, I have been unable to find a clear solution either through LiveCareer or through my bank.

I request that the unauthorized $20 charge made by LiveCareer without my permission or explicit consent be canceled and refunded to my card. I also request that any memberships or potential recurring payments associated with my account be completely canceled. In addition, I would like to be contacted directly by a representative who can provide information and assistance regarding this matter.
