Arçelik ADE 606-2B Built-in Hood Installation Error




I purchased an Arçelik ADE 606-2B built-in hood from an Arçelik store. The service personnel from Arnavutköy arrived just 5 minutes before the end of their shift and, without properly assessing the installation area, said, "It won't fit here." When I asked for an explanation, they claimed that the electrical switch was an obstacle and needed to be raised higher, then left without even unboxing the product.
That same day, I hired an electrician to raise the switch and opened a new service request. This evening, another technician from the same service came and successfully installed the product. As you can see in the images, the electrical switch is not an obstacle at all.
Now, I am waiting to see how Arçelik will address the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced. The installation manual states that the distance to gas stoves should be 65 cm and to electric stoves should be 50 cm. Are these technicians not trained before going out on the field? In short, do they start their jobs without knowing the product they are supposed to install or without proper training?
