Faulty Arçelik Appliance Installation Issue

My complaint is directed towards both the Arçelik dealer and the Arçelik headquarters. Just a week ago, I received an oven and stove set from an Arçelik dealer. The delivery person, upon unpacking, called me over to inform me that he couldn't proceed with the installation. The reason given was that the distance between the stove and the hood should be 66.5 cm, and our space fell short by 5 cm. Consequently, they refused to complete the installation and sign the warranty document, essentially postponing the warranty commencement. When I contacted the dealer, they kept me waiting for three calls, each lasting half an hour. During this time, they likely debated what lie to tell me. Shamelessly, they claimed that the salesperson had warned us about the distance from the oven and that we had stated we could raise the cabinet and the hood. When I expressed my desire to return the product, they insisted it was impossible since the product had been opened. Moreover, they sold me the lowest version of the oven as if it were a second-hand item; the oven code is F 8440 G. I called the headquarters, and they reiterated that dealers don't have the luxury of taking back products. In short, the employees have no knowledge about the products they sell. As a result of changing the cabinet and hood, I now own a basic Arçelik oven where I'll have to stand guard while baking a cake. Don't let yourselves encounter such a situation.
