I Received an Empty Essence Lip Liner and Want a Replacement or Refund

On September 26th, I purchased an Essence lip liner from your Mecidiyeköy branch. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find that the inside of the product was completely empty—there was no lip liner in the tube at all. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt because I discarded it, but I believe the purchase can easily be verified through your store’s security camera footage and system records.
I am requesting either a replacement product or a full refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, as this product clearly qualifies as defective merchandise. I urge you to uphold the reputation of your brand by handling this matter swiftly and fairly.
