eSIM.io Placed an Unauthorized Pending Charge on My Card
On July 19, 2026, I purchased an Azerbaijan eSIM package from eSIM.io while I was in Türkiye. The purchase was completed successfully, and approximately $30 (originally ₺1,443) was charged to my credit card.
However, on the following day, July 20, I noticed a second transaction on my account for approximately $22 (originally ₺1,031), which appeared as a pending authorization. I did not approve or authorize this second transaction and believe it was processed in error.
I attempted to contact eSIM.io through its support and contact pages to report the issue, but I was unable to submit a request because the website did not direct me to the appropriate support channel. As a result, I have been unable to communicate with the company regarding this matter.
I respectfully request that the pending authorization of approximately $22 (originally ₺1,031) be canceled immediately and that any amount reserved or charged in connection with this transaction be released or refunded to my card without delay. I also request a written explanation of why this second transaction appeared on my account and confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
