Epson L3260 Printer Performance Was Poor and the Seller Refused My Return

I purchased an Epson L3260 printer from 'Vatan Bilgisayar' after thoroughly reviewing its features, but the performance was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Printing a single colour page at standard quality takes about 30 seconds, but the result is disappointing, featuring visible streaks on the page. The high-quality printing I experienced yielded impressive results, but the process took more than a minute per page, making it impractical for everyday use. I reached out to 'Vatan Bilgisayar' to discuss the issue, but unfortunately, they informed me that a return wasn't possible. I am disappointed by the inadequate support, as I think a product that functions this poorly shouldn't leave customers in such a predicament. I hope Vatan Bilgisayar acts quickly to fix this issue.
