Epson L4266 Printer Setup Error in Color Printing
Hello, I purchased an Epson L4266 printer from Vatan Bilgisayar, and on the first day of setup, it started showing errors in color printing. It only prints in red and leaks ink. I returned the product to Vatan's customer service. After 3 weeks, they informed me that the product was ready and had no issues. When I started using it again, it showed the same error as when I first set it up. When I discussed this with Vatan, they told me, 'We are just an intermediary; you need to resolve this with the Epson brand.' I bought the product on 31.05.2024 and set it up on 05.06.2024. I have no right to return or exchange it. I am stuck with a product I never used. I emailed Epson and am waiting for a response. I am in a ridiculous situation. The printer is very important to me, and I use it frequently. I have no one to address my issue. I specifically told the sales representative at Vatan that I needed a model that wouldn't cause problems. I want a solution for the product I haven't used.
