Canon Pixma TS3750i Defective — Poor Print Quality and Repeated Errors
I purchased a Canon Pixma TS3750i printer from Vatan Bilgisayar 37 days ago, and ever since I bought it, I’ve been experiencing consistently poor print quality. For the past two weeks, the printer has also been showing error codes almost every time I use it. The prints are unclear, and the errors keep recurring despite normal use.
I contacted Vatan Bilgisayar to resolve the issue, but they told me they couldn’t assist with a return. Since the product is still new, I haven’t attempted any repair or intervention myself. I still have my invoice and warranty certificate.
It’s very disappointing to face this many issues with a new product. I am requesting a full refund and expect my consumer rights and losses to be addressed promptly.
