Epson L3260 Printer Gave Error E02 After Just One Week of Use and Scanning

I bought an Epson L3260 printer from Vatan, and it’s only been a week since I bought it, but I’ve already run into a problem after just a handful of scans. This is unusual for a product to break down so fast. I thought I could count on this brand, but my printer broke down in less than a week. What a letdown! I'm getting an E02 100016 error, and right before it pops up, the printer starts making these weird noises. I'm seriously frustrated with how I can't even print normally anymore. This whole situation is just disappointing. I hope this gets sorted out soon because it's been a major hassle for me. I really want my complaint to be taken care of and sorted out quickly.
