On January 18, 2026, I purchased the game “FC 26 TOTY Edition” from the Epic Games Store with the order number a2601181120308229. The payment was completed without any issues and the game was added to my library. However, when I tried to play the game, I started experiencing a serious problem.
When I launched the game, I noticed that my Epic Games account was automatically linked to a foreign EA (Electronic Arts) account that has nothing to do with me and that I cannot access. I believe this account may be a bot or a compromised account, and it definitely does not belong to me. Because of this, I cannot connect my own legitimate EA account and therefore cannot access the game that I paid for.
Due to this incorrect account linking or possible security issue between Epic Games and EA, I am unable to use a product that I legally purchased. So far, I have not received any helpful response from either Epic Games or EA support that resolves the problem.
I request that the fake or bot EA account linked to my Epic Games account be removed immediately, that I be allowed to connect my own EA account without any issues, or—if this is technically not possible—that the full purchase amount be refunded to me. I expect a clear and urgent resolution regarding this matter.
