I purchased the EA FC 26 TOTY edition via the Epic Games Store on January 16, 2026, with my account registered in Turkey. Although the payment was successfully processed and I received the invoice and order confirmation from Epic Games, the game has not been added to my EA App library, so I cannot download or play it. EA support informed me that there is an Epic–EA account linking issue preventing the entitlement from being transferred to my EA App library, even though the purchase is visible on Epic Games. Following this problem, I contacted both Epic Games and EA support multiple times. Epic Games support stated that the TOTY edition is not eligible for a refund and did not resolve the issue of the game not being delivered to my EA App account. EA support confirmed that the issue is related to the account linking between Epic and EA but also stated that they are unable to manually link the accounts or directly add the game to my EA library. Despite my repeated attempts, I am still left without access to a game I have paid for. My primary expectation is that the EA FC 26 TOTY edition I purchased be correctly recognized and added to my EA App library so that I can download and play the game without further issues. If, due to system or account-linking limitations, this cannot be resolved, then I expect a full refund of the purchase price. I have the Epic Games invoice, including invoice number and order ID, as well as screenshots showing the successful purchase on Epic Games and the missing game in the EA App library, and I am ready to share these documents upon request to support the review of my case.
